We may not be able to respond to messages which are already answered below, so please do check if your question is already answered. The list may not appear if you have javascript disabled.

  • How do I order a camera?
    We are currently processing orders in quarterly batches. If the shop shows all items out of stock this means the current production window is closed to new orders. For more details on our batch ordering calendar please see our explanation in our Ordering details section. *Customers in some territories must contact sales to place an order at this time. (see details below).
  • Do you ship outside the United States
    Yes we do! We ship directly to most of Europe, and select other territories. If your country is not available in checkout you will need to request a sales invoice. For territories not presently supported with direct shipping: To place an order please submit an inquiry to Sales using our contact form. Be sure to include: The items you wish to purchase, and their full configuration details (place in your cart if you have an account, we can pull this up) Your full shipping details including name, address, and phone number. You will receive a sales invoice from our team usually within 24-48 hours, with a Stripe payment link. We can also accept payments via wire transfer upon request. We do accept payments via payment apps such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc, nor do we accept PayPal. We presently unable to accept ACH or SEPA transfers. Please note we do not collect customs or VAT fees in advance. These will be billed by your customs agency upon import, if any are due. All our cameras are built in the United States, and shipped from the United States.
  • Do you have any of "x" camera in stock I can buy?"
    All Malefic cameras are made-to-order and assembled by hand, not sold from stock. We also do not sell our cameras in stores, or via other websites.
  • When will "x" camera be available again?"
    For our batch ordering schedule please see our ordering calendar. For custom orders, please contact sales directly to setup your order.
  • Can buy STL files / Can I print one myself?
    We are no longer offering the print at home digital files.
