In order to reduce waste we only make what is ordered. We understand that mistakes are made, and sometimes things come up, and all orders may be cancelled within three (3) days from the date placed, if before the order ships, for a full refund, no questions asked. Cancellation requests not received within three (3) days will be assessed a fee of 25% of the order total. If we are unable to complete the order for any reason and must cancel it, we will notify you and you will receive a full refund.

Orders are considered completed once shipped, and you will receive notification upon shipment. Deliveries usually take 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen. In the event of free shipping, we will choose the method at our sole discretion.

You may request a return by contacting us within 14 calendar days of delivery. All returns must be complete, unused, and include all original items packaged.  Returns must be shipped within 3 calendar days of return approval. Refunds for accepted returns may take up to two weeks to process depending on payment method, and will be returned to the original method of payment only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return related shipping charges regardless if return is accepted or rejected. Items lost in shipping will not be refunded. Accepted returns may be assessed a fee up to 25% of the order total.
